I've recently replaced my phone, which required a replacement SIM as my old SIM was too big. It all appears to work fine, except I've noticed my phone number is now shown as 00000000000 in Settings/About Phone under both Phone Number and SIM details. Does this matter as everything appears to work Ok ?

Hi @PaulM47
If this is not impacting your service this will not be a problem. The number should update soon after using the SIM on the EE network.
If you do experience any issues please call us on 150 and the team can reset the network settings at our end for you to see if this updates the number 🙂

Thank you, if I have any issues I'll certainly give yo a call, but for now everything appears to be working so I'll just leave it be.

I'm having the same problem, I recently got my replacement sim and it turns out to be all zeros instead of my original number. Do you mind sharing on how did you resolve the issue?
