Can’t make calls - upgraded ohone

Please help I can’t make any calls even to call customer services from either my old phone or new iPhone. I don’t know what to do as I can’t call anyone about this. I getting no error message at all, I have service, so don’t know why I can’t dial out unless there is some sort of bar on my contract which is crazy since I just upgraded for 2 years. Please help!

Hello, when I place the old sim into the device then the bars of service go away. When I take it out they are there and I have 2 bars. I have mobile data fine it’s very quick. As soon as I ordederd my upgrade I stopped being able to make calls on my sim in my old phone but I assumed that when I got my new phone it would work again. I did request my pac code to leave before I agreed to stay and upgrade. How can I get in contact with the tech team as I can’t call them is there an online chat? I think it might be an issue with my account? My last phone is IPhone XR so very old and sim probably same age or older.

The online chat tells me to call 150. Which I can’t do. So I’m stuck. Please can someone help me, I really need to be able to use my phone properly!
