I called EE and provided my PAC code yesterday , my phone number not working since this morning it is very inconvenient and frustrating, please help and advise, many thanks

Were you porting a number into an existing line that was working yesterday? If so, what time did you give the PAC?

PACs submitted before (approximately) 5.30pm are actioned the following working day, afterwards it won't have been submitted until today and your port will take place tomorrow.

In what way is your phone not working? Are you reporting a loss of coverage? Or something else.

You can check for local coverage issues by using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee 

I called EE yesterday morning 11/10/23
My mobile number ending 276
I said I want to join EE and I provided my PAC Code to a male operator
He said he call me back today
unfortunately my mobile number can’t receive n make any call today
However This evening my husband found out my mobile number displayed on my son’s mobile,
So now my son’s mobile number doesn’t exist
His number ending is 888 , he joined EE since 18/9/23
Both my son and my mobile numbers got problems
Wish EE can solve this issue for both myself and my son ASAP, wish a staff could reply me via email confirming this email is being look into.

You need to pursue this with CS directly, they have access to your individual account but do not have email contact.

From any working phone, you should call 0800 0798586

I am on my own today , my phone can’t receive n make any calls, I got no landline to use. Anyway

Since your post yesterday evening have you now been able to make calls and texts OK?

If you are still unable to do so I would recommend following the advice and giving us a call. 

Alternatively, do you have a local EE Store near?

Try installing the Skype app on your phone, and use it to call CS on 0800 0798586 from any WiFi-internet connection.
