I called EE and provided my PAC code yesterday , my phone number not working since this morning it is very inconvenient and frustrating, please help and advise, many thanks

I am in this situation since 30 September. The customer support is telling me that nothing can be done and I have to wait until the problem resolves. They have no ETA or any solution.
Was your number on lycamobile any time in past? I was told issues are only with numbers which were on lyca in the past. Not sure if that is because lyca use EE’s network too.
EE really needs to work on their porting application!

I am stuck in limbo since my porting from O2 to EE
EE customer service give me same response that there is no ETA for my issue to be fixed. They are the worst.
