I upgraded today to a 24m All Rounder Sim contract and I was told over the phone that the contract included one add-on that I could choose Zone one option was a Zone 1 add.on that would allow me to use my data and calls abroad in the USA. On the EE app this add-on does not appear. What can I do to get it?

It would seem so! As you ordered by phone you have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period to cancel FoC.

All Rounder plans do not include any inclusive roaming outside EU. It's the Full Works that does but not for the whole Zone 1 but only USA, Canada, Mexico, NZ & Oz.

It seems, therefore, that I was mis-sold a product over the phone. Is there any recourse, or should I just cancel the new contract?
