have full roaming n my account but it does not show against my son's connected SIM although I set it up through his number. It is no longer available to add, does this mean he has got it? Website very unclear.

If your son texts ROAMING to 150, the response will confirm what roaming facility he has active on his SIM.
This presumes you're asking about the ability to roam, rather than any billing add-ons.

What is a "connected SIM"? Is that a pre-paid connected data SIM? If so, there is no roaming add-ons for PAYG.
