Hi,
Want to swap/change my existing nano-sim to one that can take/use/has space for 250 contacts.
My old one was fine but EE changed it last year when I was updating my new contract. The new one (both are nano-sims i.e. small) only seems to allow about 25 contacts to be added to it. I have an old Nokia 6303 hence the requirement (and no I will NOT be getting a Smartphone). And yes, I do understand the phone memory may be used but I want to stick to my SIM memory so when battery dies or I have to reset/reseat the battery I don't lose some settings.
Are there any free tools for PC to investigate the SIM to see if something is the problem?

@pjf54 you won’t lose anything if you have to replace or take the battery out. if the limitation is set to 25 on the sim then it will always be set to 25 and you’ll not get a sim that is designed to hold more.
