Hi all,I've just moved to EE and inserted my new SIM. Had all the usual texts come through but it also says they will transfer my new number by 6pm 06/05. This seems a long time. Is this just a generic date or could it really take that long?

SIM not working

I got a new SIM card for my phone as my contract had run out but I wasn’t the one paying for it. My old one was an eSIM. It’s reading the SIM but it’s not connecting to the network so I can’t use my data.
