SIM not working

I'm having the same issue. However it is impossible to make a phone call without my SIM working so no idea how you expect me to do that

Thanks for posting on the community. 

Have you recently ported your number from another network? If not and your an existing customer, is the SIM card on pay as you go or pay monthly? Is this a replacement SIM card?
