Upgrading to "no-charge EU Roaming"

Mobile carriers in the United Kingdom have no legal obligation to provide free roaming since 31 January 2020. I have been looking at ways to bypass this in recent months while staying with EE - I believe that I have found a plan to allow me to roam in the EU. The name of the plan comes up as "SIM R 50GB 24m £17 R". In the pre-contractual, the contact does not specify if there is "no-charge EU Roaming" in this plan. I don't know if this is indicated in the title of the plan. Does anyone know anything about these type of plans?

If this is the case it'll be a Retentions SIM with an EU Roaming Addon added free of charge.

It should show somewhere on the contract information documents that you have to digitally sign as part of the Upgrade, but if not I would still proceed with the upgrade and then contact EE Customer Services if there is no sign of the addon after the fact.
