Upgrading to "no-charge EU Roaming"

Mobile carriers in the United Kingdom have no legal obligation to provide free roaming since 31 January 2020. I have been looking at ways to bypass this in recent months while staying with EE - I believe that I have found a plan to allow me to roam in the EU. The name of the plan comes up as "SIM R 50GB 24m £17 R". In the pre-contractual, the contact does not specify if there is "no-charge EU Roaming" in this plan. I don't know if this is indicated in the title of the plan. Does anyone know anything about these type of plans?

Free EU roaming is included in Full Works, All Rounder or Essential Plus plans. Does its full title include any of those?

It doesn't use any of that language in the pre contractual terms and conditions. I have seen those terms before but I am unsure how to figure out what category this plan would fall in.

The R indicates it is a Retention plan, which are usually aligned with the features of an Essentials plan unless otherwise specified in the pre-contract information.

What page? Where do you see it advertised?

It was advertised on the "Upgrade" page.

Can you post an image of it? I can't get to your Upgrade page as it's not my upgrade.
