Went to Czeck Republic 1 month ago and ROAMEU7D £10 ... did not work > No internet

Went to Czeck Republic 1 month ago and ROAMDATA £10 ... did not work > No internet

Went to Brussels last week ROAMEU1D £2.5 .... did not work > No internet

What is going on?  it use to work Perfectly in the past

Next week going to Portugal .... is it working?

The following to Spain .... is it working?

You need to receive the welcome message from EE, then you can purchase the pass via the welcome message.

Back from Spain a couple of weeks ago and it worked a treat. Seven day Pass.

The Daily and week pass allow you to use your existing allowance abroad. You must have an active 30-Day plan/Saver plan to opt in to these charges.

@ferval77 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

If ROAMEU1D & ROAMEU7D used to work for you, you must have been on PAYG. In which case the Travel Data Pass does not apply to you as its for contracts only.

Do you have an active pack? If not, they won't work noe for you.

On PAYG there will be roaming charges to use your pack allowances in the EU, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival offering & inviting you to take up the options for roaming in EU of either £2.50 / day, by replying ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by replying ROAMEU7D to 150. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.
