Hello, I am in Dubai and I need to buy the data package however I have a sped cap that won’t allow this. The app is down so how can I increase the spend cap please?

Welcome to the EE Community

The spend cap is also manageable via the website in Manage> Plans and Subscriptions> Manage Mobile> Spend cap. Have you been able to try it via the website? 

If you are still having issues purchasing a roaming add-on I would also check that you have Allow data add-ons enabled in the same Manage mobile place select Data Controls.
