Im in USA and trying to set up a zone 1 day pass but cant access APP

Yes we received welcome text but it wouldn't let's us add on. I will
therefore be requesting a refund for these charges if they are more than a
days roaming cost

@law25 , are you able to buy the pass now during UK working time? It looks like you were trying at night time UK time and that could be the reason, app was being updated, so should work now.
