Issues porting number to EE

So I received my new EE SIM at the start of last week and went through the process of porting the old number using PAC code. Once complete, the EE website advised I would receive a text to confirm when the old number had been transferred and should be within 5 days.

I have still not received any text and don't appear to have any available network coverage with the new SIM? 

Am annoyed because I have already received my first bill from them which also happens to be higher than the amount advertised on the SIM deal! 

Is anyone able to help or advise??

@Jessie90  call customer services and they will give them your PAC code. if you use the online form this in its self has issues and numbers are not always ported I can never recommend to anyone to use that form.   Your online account will show what charges have been applied to your account for this first payment.  You can always ask customer service about this when you call.
