payg time limit

what is the limit for not using the phone, the last service provider i was with it rarely got used but the price increase was more than i wanted to pay. last year from september 1st to december 30th used 3 times. a text in sept and in december a text for pac code and a call to cancel

Chargeable usage is required at least once every 179 days.
