Hi @Falahati
You'd not be able to register an international card on the website. If you are wanting to use a card issued outside of the UK, you would need to call our customer service guides, who can help with this.
If you had a UK card to use, you can top-up in the EE app, by logging in through the EE website, or using our Fast Payment service.
There is more on topping up on our How to top up your EE pay as you go mobile page.

I have also just now been connected to OnTopUp when I went to the EE web page to top up. OnTopUp took £20

Dear Chris, I was automatically transferred to OnTopUp when I wanted to top up my EE Sim. Please ask EE why they let this happen.

I should have mentioned they add a fee of £3.78. It is very sneaky the way this happens......

Dear ChrisB, this is what happened to me. OnTopUp take a fee of £3.78 for handling a £20 TopUp. Are EE aware this is happening?

Dear XRaySpeX,
Are you able to communicate the add-on fee taken by OnTopUp to EE? Why does EE allow OnTopUp to do this?

@Alasdair4 Ontopup are changing you for using their services. It’s nothing to do with EE if they charge you. You choose to use them and they are a company that want make money so they charge you for using them to topup. Why you choose to use them is beyond me as you can top up directly with EE.

Not possible! You musta used a search engine to find how to top-up an EE PAYG SIM. It's easy to top-up with EE. Just use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
I only communicate with EE about my own products.

Most pay as you go custoners are elderly or vulnerable or have low incomes. On top up pops up on EE TOP UP searches so it is not immediately obvious its not an EE service? Not many have the Ee app on simple payg phones as they dont all use Internet services or data other than texts or phone calls

@at3388 It’s not EEs fault that they pay to be a sponsored result on a search engine to be at the top of a search result. The fact that it isn’t even EEs web address should indicate it is not EE.
it’s even labelled sponsored resort. It’s not EE fault if you use them and it’s down the end user to be safe online.
