I seem to have a problem with topping up my paygo online from abroad. I have used the EE site both as me and anonymously and am using a UK (in fact I have tried a number of UK) bank card. I input all the data and it comes back error.
My only option for contacting EE seems to be to ring but I now have no credit. Why doesn't the company have a WhatsApp line.
Anyway. Any ideas on how to top.up.other than using one of the possible scam companies. Thank you

Have you tried using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card? You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
