I have the same issue. Frequently in the uk and have an eSIM that was in a iPhone 14 so disappointing that can port over. Won’t even provide a fresh QR code. two devices, one that has to be returned. Small credit on both sims.

Had a call from 00800 956 5062

I received a call from 0800 956 5062 after dailing 150 for help as my account says it is compromised when trying to topup my phone credits today. Just want to confirm its authenticity of the phone number to see if it's actually from Ee.Thanks!

phonecall

so I just bought a 50p pay as you go sim card and  already top up on it, I can use data but I can’t do any phone call, no matter who I call it just sounds like “the system is busy” or smth. Could somebody help me?
