I am a no frills payg customer, topping up occasionally as I am a very low user.
I would like to see the details of what calls and texts I have made in the past month.
There is nothing in my online account, it just shows the remeaing credit amount.
The reason I ask is because I recently topped up £5 and have barely used the phone since, yet around £5 has disappeared. I do not have any data allowance on my "plan" and in fact cannout use data, So it cannot be that,

In your online MyEE a/c: Manage > Manage account > See all usage > Your usage (at foot) shows usage for up to last 30 days.

@carrotmuseum2 , if you text AL to 150, you should see the remaining credit.
Text and calls will not show on your account, you can check yourself for calls via the phone button and for text via your text app.

@Schockwave : Credit is not Usage. PAYG a/c's do show usage over last 30 days.

No, that's the whole point that does not exist in my account.

That's my point. I have barely used the pone snice £5 top p and yet £5+ has gone. Why on earth don't EE have a simple emial q n A system. I find them very secretive, and I will soon be kissing htem goobye after 20 Years service. They clearly do not want cusomters like me.

I never said credit was usage. I want to see the alleged calls or texts I have made. I have paid fro them so legally I should have the right to know how the money was spent. Why does no one ever wan to believe that EE could be robbing me?

The phone does not show the length of the call and what it costs.
It's a simple job, I want ot see a full breakdwon of the calls made, to whom, the length, and the cost. All items any person handing over money should have a right to see. EE is ane way street, take the money and don't let the customer know where it's gone.

@XRaySpeX , if you were on contract, you could pay for itemised calls, that would give you the breakdown, but that is not available on pay as you go, I suspect it is the same for other networks too. You can check each call you make and see how long the call lasted and that should give you a rough idea of the cost., I would have thought.

Sorry, but it is on PAYG w/out having to pay for it. You can see your usage & costs of calls & texts for last 30 days.
