new pay as go sim subscription pack

I ordered a new pay as you sim which arrived today. The leaflet it came with says to go to ee.co.uk/join and create an account which I have done. But I can see anywhere to pay for the subscription pack I want to join. Help !

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is their mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
