Hi

has anyone else not had EE pay their Spotify subscription?

Welcome to the community,

Why would EE pay for Spotify? I believe you have to pay for the subscription yourself.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

If you're paying for Spotify via a recurring subscription on your mobile bill, this is handled via a platform called Boku.

If you head over to their customer care portal, you can check up on the status of your subscription, and troubleshoot things further from there.
