Hi from EE. As you haven't made a call, sent a text, used some data or topped up, you will now lose any remaining credit (as per our terms and conditions). Your service will also be disconnected within the next three months and we'll text you beforehand to let you know. Please call us on 150 if you would like to discuss this.
I can't even call the support as all outgoing calls are barred. Anyway to recover?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hello @gooooz.
No posts have been deleted I have removed these from quarantine now. They must have flagged for review with a mobile number being in your post.
We have no account access here on the community so unable to remove your account out hibernation, this would need to be done by our customer care team.
Do you have access to another phone to call?

You'd posted in the pay-monthly contract section of the forum, so your post has been moved to the PAYG section.
After a PAYG line is hibernated, all outgoing calls should be redirected to 150 precisely to avoid this scenario. If, for whatever reason, that's not happening, then you'll need to call from another phone.
07953 966150 is the number you need.

Welcome to the Community, @gooooz.
As @bristolian has mentioned, you should be able to get in touch with our team on either of these numbers to help get the line restored, and this can be done at any point within 3 months.
We also have a dedicated thread with all the details you need around PAYG hibernation, too.

@gooooz : Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

I'm stuck abroad in the GCC and all my outgoing calls are blocked. I only hear the automated "calls are barred" message when I dial 150 or 07953 966150.
EE's website is an absolute joke!! no online contact form, no ticket system, nothing helpful just this community. The only complaint form says you'll wait at least """7 days"""" for any reply. SEVEN DAYS?! Every other network/service I've used has given me far faster and better help/customer service.
Phone calls from here cost a fortune, and with service this bad I can't bring myself to pay those rates just to wait in a god knows how long queue. then have to prove it's really me when I'm calling from a different number.
When I received the inactivity text, tried to make a paid action since I had £5 credit in my balance already. I sent somel messages to a friend from my android phone, thinking those texts would cost something. Turns out google RCS messages are free and don't count. So it did nothing.
This is completely unacceptable and I'm furious.

and you're deleting my post without giving me any real help? interesting.

I'm currently abroad in the GCC region on a pay-as-you-go plan, and my outgoing calls are barred. Whenever I try 150 or 07953 966150, I only get the automated "calls are barred" message.
I can't find an easy way to contact support. International calls are very expensive from here, the only online complaint form states a minimum 7-day response time, and there doesn't seem to be any live chat or quick ticket option.
Before the hibernation happens, I tried sending regular messages to a friend to trigger a charge (thinking standard SMS would deduct from the balance), but I was using RCS and it didn't cost anything.
Can any EE community experts or staff advise the best way to get this unbarred while I'm overseas? Is there a free/online method to verify ownership and lift the bar without needing an expensive call?
Thanks for any help.
