I bought the pay as you go 10% saver plan on Saturday, March 7th.
But EE hasn't heard from me until today. The item hasn't arrived and I can't tracking. I think I put a foreign number so I don't get a text message.
I connected with a counselor on chat and phone calls, but I couldn't get a proper response to the cancellation. Even the counselor couldn't find my order.
How can I cancel this and find another way to reorder it?
