I bought EE sim for £30 at the Manchester airport which is having £20 top- up with 60GB. My question is why did they charge me £10 extra for £20 sim?

Resolved! PAYG sim pack

I recently bought a PAYG sim at the airport with £30 subscription pack. I have registered in MyEE but still I’m not seeing the pack details in the portal. Also I want to switch to a different pack.
