Resolved! PAYG connected MIFI router paid no connection

I have a mini router SIM only MIFI - pay monthly £10 30 gb - it stopped working recently - so I topped up £20 add on - it shows I have 29.9 gb left but the router shows no internet connection - I am in France now

i have internet package problems, i bought it, but i can't us it, pls can you check what is the problem and pls activate my package, like the days goes on, and i dont profite from my package.

Hi...I cannot use my ee sim because the call barring is on,I'm on pay as you go,but I spent money on my sim ,the call barring password I didn't put so I don't know it I cannot use the sim please I need your help

top up credited on bank but not showing

I recently topped up £10. It was credited from my bank but on my ee app, it says 0 balance. Tried texting "BALANCE" to 150 but still says I dont have balance. HELP
