Watch out for EE had my phone number for 3 years and then they randomly cut off my number woke up to sim registration failed called EE customer service the worst service ever they said to me my sim has been cancelled because of in activity but every month i topped up and had my online login and they disconnected everything and made a fake reason worst network provider and you will not get any help if you call them

EE is worst network provider best thing to do is change to a different provider when you can the Customer service is terrible no support at all and your phone number will get cancelled without you knowing even sending texts will get ur number blocked dont trust this network change while you can

@Profile closed , from what I have read, I may get this wrong, but did you make a chargeable call or send text message at all? Just topping up does not keep your number active. You may want to take a look here:

Regular top-ups should have kept your SIM out of hibernation unless you left a 6-month gap between any.

Topped up the sim every month for 3 years number was constantly in use was making calls and texts everyday 🤷🏽‍♂️

No they told me it was automatically cancelled due to inactivity and they cant do nothing for me 🤬
