Cancelled Bolton through 150 text as didn't want it anymore and got it confirmed and then topped up but it renewed using.my credit

Two top ups running

I've ended up with two top ups my original £10.00 and my new one which is £18.00 direct.my account shows the £10.00 but not the £18.00 even though that amount is coming out also.
