Resolved! Top-up Not added to my account

I recently tried to top-up my EE Sim through Paypal partner Xoom.My transaction went through and the amount was subtracted from my Paypal balance, however no balance was added to my sim. Any idea what I should do?

Didn’t top up right amount

Top up

Dear team, I have paid 15£ to top up my data , money deducted from my bank and the 150 SMS shows that I have 15 balance but I cannot use it to top up my data. It tells me something went wrong try later
