Resolved! Top up did not renew data pack

Used PAYG voucher on 26/10/2024 (£20) but Data Pack did not renew automatically.  Current balance shows £19.72 (after I sent a text).

Missing £15 pack

Hi. I received my sim and paperwork for my pay as you go sim. I have the receipt to show i paid £15 for the pack. Ive activated the sim. The £15 is not on the sim. What else do i need to do?
