Hi, I've found out that my account has been closed/deactivated. During the last few days, I haven't received calls or messages.
I had 15 ₤ credit on my Pay As Go sim card and under the Payment History, mentioned "Closing Adjustment" and "-15.00 ₤".
How can I recover my account and the sim card? If I top up my Pay As Go sim card, will it return to the normal and the last 15 ₤ would be recharged in my account?
I am looking for your assistant.
Thanks

When did you previously use it for a chargeable action? If more than 9 months you've lost it completely. If more than 6 months it has gone into hibernation and you can get it back by phoning CS. Looks like the former applied.

The last time for topping up was 6 months and 1 week ago. It means I have enough time to refill the sim card and reactive it. Thanks for the guidance.
Contacting to the CS is available on the phone only? Is not available from the web portal by chat? As far as I remember, CS solved another problem when I contacted them on online chat. But I cannot find it right now in the Contact Us section.

You won't! There's no Live Chat for PAYG.

Thank you. And If I top up my sim card before calling CS, will it return to the normal and the last 15 ₤ would be recharged in my account?

Topping up now is too late. Only by calling CS could take you out of hibernation.
