Where to see the break down of my usage

frederickhunter

Good morning.

When I log-in, at https://ee.co.uk/manage I see the option "View full usage" but it is takes me to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile"" which has no breakdown of my usage. Previously I could see my usage including how many minutes, and to whom I had called. On this "Plan subscriptions - mobile" page this is not available, and it is only possible to see the final amount remaining.

Does anyone know where should I go to see my full usage via the website?

When I go to the previously suggested page https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg, it get the message:

We're updating a few things right now

We're working hard to get it up and running. Please try again later.

Thanks for flagging this one, @XRaySpeX.

I reported the examples flagged to our support teams, and after some investigation they found that we'd not seen any similar reports and would require further examples.

The OP also fed back to me that things began working as they should again a few days later.

Their recommendation in the short term was anyone affected would be best getting in touch to flag it as a single user fault, but if we did see further examples it could possibly be raised again as a wider issue.

Annoyingly, so it would seem!

It was very useful to me in order to keep an eye on my 90 year old dementia-suffering father's calls (to make sure that he wasn't pestering anyone repeatedly).

I do hope that EE plan to reinstate thae option to view the useage online. I've checked, and other providers do have this facility.

@Christopher_G : Please could you get them to reinstate "View full usage" on PAYG a/c's. I had previously drew @Rach_H 's attention to it.

Thanks for flagging this, @XRaySpeX.

I've reached out to see if we've received any similar reports - have you tested this on an account of your own to see if you're affected in the same way as @frederickhunter?

@Peter_W : Yes, on 2 diff browsers. Went all over the place looking for my usage. The "View full usage" link exists on the Manage page but only leads to a page of loads management things but no usage.

@Peter_W : Aside from View Usage still missing there are too many paths to arrive at the same page or feature. There should be a unique path to answer "I want to do this", e.g. there are 3 or 4 links to get to buy add-ons.

I notice today that online EE is bit more robust & doesn't often just stick at a page with nowt useful on it bar your unwanted adverts. It is still awfully slow to display pages, usually showing it greyed out for a few secs. before coming into focus.
