Good morning.
When I log-in, at https://ee.co.uk/manage I see the option "View full usage" but it is takes me to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile"" which has no breakdown of my usage. Previously I could see my usage including how many minutes, and to whom I had called. On this "Plan subscriptions - mobile" page this is not available, and it is only possible to see the final amount remaining.
Does anyone know where should I go to see my full usage via the website?
When I go to the previously suggested page https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg, it get the message:
We're updating a few things right now
We're working hard to get it up and running. Please try again later.

Peter! defintiverly is not just taht user, i have this issues for months.. how can you guys not even notice? i will be formalizing a formal complaint regarding this as you dont allow me to see my own usage. no matter how. i cant contact you guys, you just send me to community in circles. in community you say contact us, then i go there, says contact community.. and so on. useless

Was hoping that yesterday's website & app maintenance + latest app version rollout might have helped overall, but I guess we will have to wait for another scheduled round of website & app maintenance.

Thanks Ritu. I spent about 30 mins on the phone but they couldn’t determine the problem other than to indicate it was probably triggered by an update. Something changed a little yesterday in terms of the layout, but the link to minutes still sends you in a loop back to other pages as other have indicated.
