Where to see the break down of my usage

frederickhunter
Explorer

Good morning.

When I log-in, at https://ee.co.uk/manage I see the option "View full usage" but it is takes me to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile"" which has no breakdown of my usage. Previously I could see my usage including how many minutes, and to whom I had called. On this "Plan subscriptions - mobile" page this is not available, and it is only possible to see the final amount remaining.

Does anyone know where should I go to see my full usage via the website?

When I go to the previously suggested page https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg, it get the message:

We're updating a few things right now

We're working hard to get it up and running. Please try again later.

The app will no longer show this information, but you can find information about your credit and allowances sing the steps above.

You should be able to see a breakdown of who you've called and for how long in your phone's call log.

When I log-in, at https://ee.co.uk/manage I see the option "View full usage" but it is hyperlinked to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile"" which has no breakdown of my usage. Before they change their online account appearance, you could see your usage like what day how many minutes you had call, text messages and data usage and how much it costed you. But in this "Plan subscriptions - mobile" page you can't see it. You only see the final amount left for you! So it is not "view full usage". It is probably a mistake from those who made the page in hyperlinking to a wrong URL or some other issue. Does anyone know where should I go to see my full usage?

Also who is designing these new appearances where you have to guess where you need to click to see what you want? The online appearance had changed several times and each time it getting harder to use the online platform. Is it left to ChatGPT to do these coding tasks? ^_^

Ok, I found one place. if instead of "view full usage", you click on "manage account" below it. Then you go to "https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg". There you scroll down and click on the plus sign in front of "Your usage", then you will see the breakdown that I was talking about.

You're right! It keeps changing & getting harder to find what you want. Even with these misleading links like "View full usage".

"Manage account" below it like everything else seems to take you only to to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile where's there's no usage.

How do you go to https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg ? By typing it in the Address Bar? That's cheating! You gotta know in advance where you are going to go there. There's no link to it anywhere but there used to be.

Hi @AS0,

Welcome to the Community!

We know how important it is for you to know what is happening with your usage, so I'm sorry to hear that this isn't as straightforward as it could be. I've passed your feedback on, and hopefully this can be amended for you soon.

Annoyingly, so it would seem!

It was very useful to me in order to keep an eye on my 90 year old dementia-suffering father's calls (to make sure that he wasn't pestering anyone repeatedly).

I do hope that EE plan to reinstate thae option to view the useage online. I've checked, and other providers do have this facility.

@Christopher_G : Please could you get them to reinstate "View full usage" on PAYG a/c's. I had previously drew @Rach_H 's attention to it.

Thanks for flagging this, @XRaySpeX.

I've reached out to see if we've received any similar reports - have you tested this on an account of your own to see if you're affected in the same way as @frederickhunter?

@Peter_W : Yes, on 2 diff browsers. Went all over the place looking for my usage. The "View full usage" link exists on the Manage page but only leads to a page of loads management things but no usage.
