Where to see the break down of my usage

Good morning.

When I log-in, at https://ee.co.uk/manage I see the option "View full usage" but it is takes me to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile"" which has no breakdown of my usage. Previously I could see my usage including how many minutes, and to whom I had called. On this "Plan subscriptions - mobile" page this is not available, and it is only possible to see the final amount remaining. 

Does anyone know where should I go to see my full usage via the website?

 

When I go to the previously suggested page https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg, it get the message: 

We're updating a few things right now

We're working hard to get it up and running. Please try again later.

Has this been fixed yet? Online usage details have been missing for about a  month

It's not working for me either, did you have any luck? 

Seems like the site has been redesigned recently & clicking on "View full details" just redirects to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile where there's no call or txt history.

Hi Peter, I don't think it's a "single user fault" as 2 forum threads raising the same issue have been viewed over 1000 times.

It worked fine before when the main page was  https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg (that's what I've got bookmarked) but now that link redirects to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile 

Can we get a working "View usage" button again, that shows an itemised call & txt history? Or could you share a link to the correct page.

It is a very useful feature, hopefully it is unavailable because they are enhancing the feature. It seem to be about 2 weeks ago that particular webpage and dashboard seems to have vanished on my payg account.

Also the the previous web page/dashboard section with free boost panel/tiles seem to be have been replaced by a different information graphic for free boost counts, multiple rocket images in a teal coloured outline. The add-ons page seems to have a different layout too. 

Yes same for me, I like to track phone usage for PAYG phone and this has been missing for nearly a month on the website and like others I get routed to the same page saying it is being worked upon. It would good to reinstate this as soon as practical and I assume this has been affected by an upgrade to something else. Like others it doesn’t seem to be a single user issue, but a wider issue
