Where to see the break down of my usage

frederickhunter

Good morning.

When I log-in, at https://ee.co.uk/manage I see the option "View full usage" but it is takes me to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile"" which has no breakdown of my usage. Previously I could see my usage including how many minutes, and to whom I had called. On this "Plan subscriptions - mobile" page this is not available, and it is only possible to see the final amount remaining.

Does anyone know where should I go to see my full usage via the website?

When I go to the previously suggested page https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg, it get the message:

We're updating a few things right now

We're working hard to get it up and running. Please try again later.

The level 2  tech team have closed my complaint now as have the executive complaints team with the option for me to progress it with Ofcom . I don’t see any future  with Ofcom as this was a “business decision”.

I hope your calls achieve what mine havent, though I do have my doubts as it seems to take a while for one but of EE to know what another part has put in play.

Good luck

I still think that my 15-20 years using this package with EE with a regular monthly payment made over these years, should count for something and it is short-sighted to give PAYG packages like this a devalued service and expectation of call usage/history

My package commits me to 30 days and regular top ups so it’s difficult to see it as fundamentally different. Annoyingly a monthly contract wouldn’t provide me with what I want at the same cost and with the same flexibility otherwise I would have a contract !

@blogs1 : When you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a formal complaint you don't take it to OFCOM, who don't accept individual complaints, but you may escalate it to EE's ADR provider, the Comms. Ombudsman.

I had another call from the EE Technical Support Team yesterday, who said they had installed a fix and asking if I could test it.

Unfortunately, it is still broken 😕, so I have sent them the screenshots, date/time and IP address info they always ask for.

I guess this means my incident is still open, and I would like to think that it is still being worked on 🤞
