Unable to purchase subscription pack as advertised

Hi,

I have bought myself a PAYG sim from supermarket. I can see there are very handy subscription packs on offer. When I try to purchase them in my online account they only show the standard data they come with and don't say if there is extra data being offered for it.

Could someone please help regarding this?

The promotional extra data is only offered when purchasing a new PAYG SIM from the EE Shop. It is not offered with packs on an existing SIM.

I think I am having similar issue that was raised here;

Are these subscription packs only offered at the time of purchasing the sim online?

Can I not purchase them as it is for my existing EE PAYG sim that I have recently purchased?
