The app won’t connect to my bank, 150 cuts me off every time I choose ‘top up this number’ I’m at a loss what to do?! Totally ridiculous and could leave someone very vulnerable!! Can’t speak anyone on Twitter; what the hell EE! Only just switched and hugely regretting that now. Anyone any ideas???

Thanks for coming to the community and I am very sorry you have been unable to top up.
Have you topped up the account before using the same bank card?
Could you try using our online payment tool to top up, does this work for you?
Our How to top up a pay as you go mobile, Help page has ways you can top the account.
