I have recently ordered a new sim online and I am trying to link it to my account and it says “please try again later” it has said this for a couple of days? Any advice?

Is the SIM card pay as you go or pay monthly?

I faced the same problem as yours. And as I checked, this issue trouble few people here for the
past few months. wasting time to look for how to make payment.

Hi, I am having the same problem, I have a prepaid data sim in a TPlink WiFi router and when I try to link the phone number to my account and I enter the passcode, it says having trouble finding my product, can you help?
