I’ve been trying to set up my Netflix account since the beginning of May. However, every time I click on the link, I get the message: ‘We are experiencing technical problems right now. Please try again later.’ I’ve tried multiple times over the past few weeks, but the issue hasn’t resolved. Any advice on what I should do?

Welcome to the community.
Do you see the same error when you try to activate in both the EE app and the EE website?
Have you been able to try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, or try to login through another browser or device?
If the same happens after trying all of these options, I would recommend giving our team a call as @EssexBoyEE mentioned above, and they can have a look at it for you.

Contact EE Customer Services ( 0800 956 6000 ) they should be able to set it up for you.
