I am trying to get the blue light card discount but I don’t have id or work email, sent a picture of the blue light card but it got rejected. Is there anything I can speak to or send instead?

Welcome to the community.

You need either a work email address or a work photographic ID in order to register for the EE Perk discount.

If you know some of your colleagues have been able to get the discount, I'd recommend speaking to your HR team to see if they can advise you further.

Hi Christopher, I got the discount for my phone and plan but never had to do the perk thing but trying to get it for my partners plan and now need too. Can the blc and my driver license do? Or pay slip from for coastguard do?

Have you tried getting a code from the Blue Light Card website and entering it at checkout, @Craignich3? It sounds like that may be the way you've done it in the past.

I've removed the image as it contained your full name and place of work, and personal details like this should not be shown publicly.

If you are registering for Perk, you can use a work email address, or if you don't have one, you can also use your personal email and upload a picture of your work ID (like the one you had posted).
