Unable to Buy Pack Abroad

Hi all,

I am currently living aboard for a few years and maintaining my UK number. I have previously Top-Up and bought  Pack through my EE account online every few months to keep my number. However, this time, I managed to top up but I am unable to buy a pack and I have stopped receiving text. I suspect it my number might have gone into hibernation even though I do have a chargeable activity every 179 days. Is there a reinstate my UK number?

@Chris_B is right, if your number is in hibernation then you will need to speak with our customer care team who can reactivate your number.
