Hello!
Two subscriptions have been assigned to my bank somehow (both are called EE Topup Vesta). They cost 9 and 10 GBP, but my plan should cost 10 GBp. As a result, I have an increasing excess on my EE account due to duplicating topups.
I would like to remove the second payment subscription and stop them temporarily to spend my excess. Currently, I've blocked both subscriptions but EE service has been stopped because no payment has been made (even though I have a funds excess on my EE account).

What does texting AL to 150 from each of them fully report verbatim (it is free)?
