Top up amount shrinks

Topped up my SIM card on Monday with £30. Now I got a notification via sms saying my current EE amount is only £29.20 and I’ve to top up again to renew my package tomorrow?

why did I lose £0,80?? This is annoying since there’s not such a small amount available and I didn’t do anything that cost £0,80. Now I’ve to do back to a store and top up again.

Hello @jenn18

Thanks for coming here.

Have you called any 08 numbers other than 0800? OR sent any text message with Emoji's/pictures?

Speak soon,

@jenn18 : You've probably sent 2 Picture Msgs, maybe texts with embedded emojis. These are not included in any pack.
