My monthly direct debit for top up hasn't been processed today, 'manage payment' brings up an error page. 

I can't top up online or by calling 150, I've tried several bank cards all of which haven't been processed. Are there any known technical issues - I really need to to top up to have data for work tomorrow 😕

How are you trying to top-up online? 

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Oh, BTW, you don't top-up PAYG using DD, only by bank cards.

Thanks, I have tried to top up this way also. I keep receiving the notice 'some errors have occurred'

My PAYG top up is an automated monthly payment which hasn't been processed for some reason.
