My bill is due on 2nd may , how long do I get to pay my bill before my phone is  restricted? I will be making a payment but I am a little short ,there will be some outstanding ,thanks

Like @XRaySpeX mentioned here, you'll definitely be best off checking in with our team.

Whilst numbers aren't usually suspended immediately after you miss a payment, the time it takes for this to kick in can depend on how you've managed your bills and payments in the past.

They'll be able to look into the option of a payment promise though, which will secure the line remaining active until at least an agreed payment date.
