Top up my balance and/or set up a DD for a plan. The payments form on your website does not work. I have the same error as was reported 2 years ago, namely, "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."
Your web development team needs to fix it by inspecting the console and checking the specific errors.
I had to go to a shop today and buy a voucher because your online payments form is broken and has been for years.
