Tried multiple devices and browsers and get this same issue everytime i get to the Confirm and Pay screen

And here we are yet again in 2026 with non-solutions. Is it that difficult to get? EE website has a bug as big as an elephant for at least 3-4 years now. Can you guys just get it fixed?
Fast payment and BS like that do not allow for recurrent payment to automatically happen.
Just open your app and try using it. IT DOES NOT WORK.

Did you give our Customer Care team a call to report this?
Was a ticket raised by our technical care team? If so, what was the last update you received?

We don't have access to individual accounts here at the community forums @jkghbigyuiguhi, but we really want to make sure this gets sorted so that people can manage their services as easy as possible, using all the options we offer.
If our customers have any technical difficulties, the first step is to contact our Customer Care team who are there to look into any issues you may be experiencing, as well as raise any tickets necessary to initiate investigations to take place.

Hahahahaha... This thread is ridiculous.
Abit like if your pulled up to a traffic light controlled junction where the lights were not working. And rather than directing traffic and/or fixing the lights a man in a high vis jacket asks:
"Have you tried coming here in a ford rather than a vauxhall?".
"Have you tried going via the ring road rather than coming down this way?".
"I've called head office and they say the lights are working fine."
Even outside of this issue the EE website is so awful I think I would stuggle to make a more frustrating one to use if I tried. Just tring to view your account gets into this odd reloading pattern where it skips around urls loading at such a slow speed.
