My current EE credit is £10.76. I tried several times to pay £10.00 for 30-day plan. For some reason every time the message pops out saying "Sorry, this payment didn't go through. Try again."
Does anyone know what may be the reason?

Are you trying to activate the plan through your app/online account or using the text service?
Just visit Get help by texting 150 on pay as you go for the codes you can use for each pack. Such as text PLAN10 to 150.
If you're still facing an issue adding a plan using your PAYG credit balance, please give out customer service team a call on 150 from your handset where a guide will be able to help add this for you.
