Tried multiple devices and browsers and get this same issue everytime i get to the Confirm and Pay screen

Were you using the payments form while logged into your online account, or were you paying through the Fast Payment Link when you get the error?

I tried both ways, on Chrome, Firefox and Brave. None worked.

The fast payment link is currently working successfully for our customers, so the issue you're experiencing may be linked to your Pay as you go number.
At what stage of the fast payment link process do you get the error message?

Right at the end, after I've put my card number in etc. I then approve it via my banking app, but then all I see on the EE site is the 'This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.' error in the frame.

Have you only tried this with one bank, or others?
It sounds like an issue with the Card issuers "Security Authentication" window.
Have you tried this using a card from a different bank at all?

Yes, the issue happens also with other banks cards. It's a problem with the EE website. It's the only place in which I ever had (and still have) this problem.

Have you tried reproducing the issue yourselves? I'm sure it will happen exactly the same way on your side. You changed something, and now it's no longer possible to top up properly through the app.
Everyone is telling you – IT’S NOT WORKING
When will you be able to fix this? Other apps and websites don’t have this problem.
I’ve tried different cards.
To top up, I have to specifically open the website Fast Payment Link in a browser, because there’s no other way to do it.

We tested this and has been working fine from our side. We don't have any known issue about this and we see significant numbers of in-app top-ups taking place every day.
The experience you're facing may be account related so we'd like to look into this.
